Dr. D.S. Prakash is a distinguished academic and administrator with over 40 years of experience in Civil Engineering. He holds a Ph.D. in Structural Engineering from Bangalore University, as well as a B.E. from Mysore University and an M.E. from Bangalore University, both earned with top honors. Throughout his illustrious career, Dr. Prakash has held several key leadership roles, including Principal at GEC Haveri, UBDTCE Davangere, and Registrar at Davangere University. As a Professor of Civil Engineering, he has made significant contributions to academic growth and student development. Dr. Prakash’s extensive leadership experience, combined with his steadfast commitment to integrity, fairness, and transparency, underscores his exceptional qualities, ensuring his ability to deliver impartial resolutions and foster effective governance in any environment.
