International Conference on Smart Electronics and Intelligent Computing (ICSEIC 2025) is jointly organized by CMR University, Bangalore, India in collaboration with University of Johannesburg, South Africa and Manipal University Jaipur, India.

  • All submissions must be in English only.
  • Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit papers electronically to ICSEIC 2025 through Microsoft CMT . Authors are suggested to select only one track while submission of the research article. For submission of paper, at least one of the Authors of the paper should be a registered user of Microsoft CMT. Unregistered authors should first create an account on Microsoft CMT.
  • Review process for this conference is DOUBLE BLINDED, which means Authors and Reviewers are restricted from seeing each other 's identity. Therefore, the Authors are instructed not to mention the name & affiliation in the manuscript anywhere being submitted for review. Author's name & affiliation details may be included at the time of CAMERA READY Manuscript submission after paper acceptance.
  • The authors are advised to select only one (i.e. the most suitable) track out of 4 mentioned tracks in submission page for their submission at the time of submitting the manuscript through Microsoft CMT.
  • All papers submitted to ICSEIC 2025 will be checked for plagiarism according to Springer guideline. If found free of plagiarism, it will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on NOVELTY, Presentation, Correctness and Relevance to the conference. In case of the minor plagiarism, the authors will be asked to rewrite the paper. In other cases, the paper will be immediately rejected.
  • The acceptance of papers along with referees’ comment will be communicated to authors by email. Authors are required to incorporate the comments received in the CAMERA-READY PAPER before final submission.

    • Springer Proceedings

    1. All registered and presented papers/review articles shall be submitted to SPRINGER for their possible publication in a Conference Proceedings format. However the right to accept and subsequent publication of each will be with Springer, that will be decided on the basis of the quality, novelty of work and the originality of the text, the manuscript will represent.

    2. In case, any registered paper/article is rejected by the Springer for its publication with their conference proceeding due to any reason (mentioned at point number-01), the sole responsibility shall lies with authors of that article. As we clearly stated on the first and home pages, that Springer will conduct quality checks on the accepted papers and only papers that pass these checks will be published.

    Therefore authors are expected to avoid to use similarity text (copy and paste from other published works), should adhere to original work maintaining technical and result description qualities. Paper/article length is limited upto 06 pages only. Extra pages are to be avoided, if neccessry, author can place a request in adavnce with payment of separate fee (page-wise) as mentined in the registration link.

    4. Springer proceedings shall available online only, hard-copy may be requested directly with the SPRINGER on payment as per their rates, once available after online publication.

    5. The organizers will have not have any responsibility for any of registered/presented papers, if not accepted/approved by the Springer for publication in their conference proceeding.

    Dear Authors

    Greetings from the ICSEIC 2025 organizing team!

    We are excited to invite you to present your paper at the "International Conference on Smart Electronics and Intelligent Computing (ICSEIC 2025)" to be held at CMR University, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, from May 26-27, 2025, in both online and offline modes.

    Presentation Guidelines:

    PPT Preparation:

    Authors are requested to prepare PPT slides for a 15-minute presentation, with 9-11 minutes allocated for the presentation and 3-4 minutes for questions and answers. Please ensure the number of slides allows you to complete your presentation within this timeframe.

    Online Presenters:

    1. Selected papers will be presented online. Authors must ensure a stable internet connection and functional audio-video devices before the session.
    2. Presentations will be conducted via video conferencing, and presenters must be online for the entire session in which their paper is scheduled.
    3. Presenters should respond to questions from the Session Chairs. Co-authors can also participate during the presentation.
    4. If the presenter is unavailable during the scheduled session, their paper will not be considered presented and will be ineligible for publication.

    Offline Presenters:

    Authors are required to be present at the conference venue during their allotted schedule. Accommodation on the university campus is available upon request for the conference dates (May 26-27, 2025), subject to confirmation by the organizing team. Authors are encouraged to attend all sessions, interact with researchers, and avail themselves of the conference facilities.
