This course is a combination of classroom teaching and technology aided learning platforms.
The course will be taught through Pedagogical practices such as
1) Pre-Course Reading Material
Pre-course reading materials which are in the form of text books, cases and articles will be made available to all students in advance. Online assessments and pre-course projects are also incorporated in the course to ensure academic rigour.
2) Industry Speakers/Visits
An integral part of this certification course are interactions with eminent industry leaders and regular industrial visits. These sessions will be part of each module, and will be designed to enhance the understanding of concepts from a practitioner’s perspective, making it easier to apply the learnings effectively.
Simulations help to maximise classroom learning. They let students apply the management theories learnt in class to a simulated business environment and evaluate the results of their decisions.
