At CMR University, the job of the Career Advisory Cell is to groom its students with an aim to reveal the leader and achiever in each of them. We intend to make them malleable to cater to the needs of their surroundings, whilst remaining robust in character. In addition, we also raise their awareness about their social responsibilities. We try to churn out the best in them through various in-bound and out-bound learning programmes.
We, at CMR University, endeavour and take initiatives to nurture each individual student to reach their best outcomes. We ensure that our students become tougher to defy the economic uncertainties and are better equipped for the current market trends. We do so by focusing on developing and strengthening their ’employability’ factors.
We call it the “Career Advisory Cell” as we focus on carers, over and above placements. We believe that if we focus on the career aspirations of each individual through regular guidance and mentorship, the students will better identify their desired career fields before entering the corporate world.
We would like our students to choose their careers rationally, rather than choosing just any organisation brought to the campus for placements. Hence, we believe that our prime responsibility is to sensitize that students towards their future needs and career aspirations.
