Mohini teaches HRM, Labour Law, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, and Organisation Behaviour at CMR University’s School of Management. She is currently pursuing Ph.D. She possesses an experience of 5 years in academics, and holds an MBA postgraduate degree in Human Resources.
