Overview of the Webinar:
The development and spread of multimedia services require authentication techniques to prove the originality and integrity of multimedia data and (or) to localize the alterations made on the media. A wide variety of authentication techniques have been proposed. The webinar discusses mainly address video authentication. Finally, some issues on authenticating a broad sense video, the mixture of visual, audio, and text data will be addressed.

Dr. Ramesh Chand Pandey received his B.Tech. in CSIT from the Institute of Engineering and Technology, MJP Rohilkhand University, Bareilly, UP in the year 2005. He completed his M.Tech in CSE from Thapar University, Patiala, and Punjab in the year 2008. He completed his Ph.D. From IIT (BHU), Varanasi in the department of computer science and engineering in the year 2017. Since December 2017, he is working as an Assistant Professor in the department f IT at REC Ambedkar Nagar (UP). He has a total of 23 publications in international journals.
