Mr. Reddy Balaji C has over 15 years of experience in Designing, Developing, and Architecting Data-driven Solutions with a major focus on Banking and Financial Services domain. As a Digital Banking representative, he drives the digital initiatives from the business unit with a major focus on Business Intelligence and Analytics. His key roles have been Enterprise Architect, Solutions Architect, Project Lead, Technical Lead, and Mentor to multiple database teams. Mr. Reddy Balaji C has a Master degree in Computer Applications. He worked on Microsoft Azure, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, Hadoop technical stack, Visualization tools – PowerBI and Python-based analytics. Very existed about the performance tuning and optimization activities in enterprise data-driven projects. Secured certification in International Banking & Finance from FLIP and TOGAF 9.2. He has been a mentor in NASSCOM – W2RT in AIML and speaker at Open Source Community of Karnataka on BigData – Hadoop. An active participant in the technical events like TechUtsav, GIDS, Microsoft user communities.
