1.2.1 - 2) Academic Council meeting extracts endorsing the decision of BOS

1.3.2 - 1) Institutional program brochure /Certificate /Value added programs with course modules and outcomes
1.3.2 - 2) List of students and the attendance sheet for the above mentioned programs
1.3.2 - 3) Evidence of course completion, like course completion certificate etc
1.3.3 - 1) Program and course contents having element of field projects / research projects / internships as approved by BOS with due credits
1.3.3 - 2) Internship completion letter provided by host institutions
1.3.3 - 3) Evaluated project report /field work report submitted by the students
