Areas of teaching and research interests:
Conservation of Cultural properties, Heritage Documentation, History of architecture & Project Management
Prof. Antara has a bachelor’s in architecture (Hons.) from Integral University Lucknow and a master’s degree in architecture (Conservation) from School of Planning and Architecture, Bhopal. She has worked as an assistant professor at Manipal University for a year, and also as a Project Architect in a Restoration based Construction Company for a year. She has currently taken up a restoration project of a 200 year old Gurudwara at Una, Himachal Pradesh. Also, she has won a Proficiency Gold Medal awarded for her Master’s in Architecture (Conservation). She has been involved in research and publication work as well and has published a paper in two International Conferences so far.
